Recently, Michigan Works recognized the success of young professionals excelling in their respective fields. They partner with the Pioneer Group and Hearst Media to publish these young professionals in a "20 Under 30" magazine.
This year, Riverview Elementary teacher, Katie Scarpelli was named number 13 of the winners! Katie has been a teacher at Big Rapids Public Schools since 2020 and was a BRPS graduate of the class of 2016.
