National School Bus Safety Week is October 21-25, 2024.
Following school bus safety rules helps prevent accidents and keeps our students safe.
Here are a few reminders for drivers:
Yellow lights on a school bus indicate the bus is preparing to stop. If you’re driving, slow down, stay alert, and watch out for children.
Red lights and the school bus stop-arm indicate drivers should be completely stopped.
Racing past the arm puts young lives in jeopardy.
