Cardinal Splash Back Flyer

Splash Back T-shirtThis year, your Student Council Executive Board (student body Mayor, Vice-Mayor, Treasurer, and Secretary) wanted to plan an event that was open to all BRHS students -- a day that could be relaxing, fun, and overall, a small way to celebrate the upcoming school year's end. After a few months of planning, we are happy to let you all know that we will be hosting BRHS' first ever Cardinal Splash Back - A "Pass from Class" Afternoon on Friday, May 10th from 1-3pm. This will take place out in/near Cardinal Stadium (on the grass area near the parking lot and such).

What is it? The afternoon will include [free!] food & drinks, an inflatable obstacle course, inflatable double slide (WATER slide, weather depending; but can be regular slide if chilly) *photos attached!, sprinklers, a giant slip 'n slide, kiddie pools & bubbles, sidewalk chalk, yard games, music, and more! You'll be welcome to play games, go into the obstacle courses, or simply use the time to hang out with your friends outside.

How do I participate? In order to attend, you must purchase a Cardinal Splash Back t-shirt as your "ticket" to get in. (*all proceeds go towards cost of event) You also must be passing all your classes, as well as have had no third trimester suspensions in order to attend, t-shirt or not.

*We also have a number of t-shirts that have been "sponsored" by some of our staff members. Please see Miss Britt separately if payment is an issue.

T-Shirts will be sold:

$13 each, cash OR Venmo @kristybritton *please note "Cardinal Splash Back" . student name, & t-shirt size in info.

- Friday, Monday, & Tuesday, April 12th-16th at ALL LUNCHES in the ticket booth.

*We are selling t-shirts early enough to ensure enough time to order/get them shipped in time.

Please note: if you do not purchase a t-shirt by the end of the day April 16th, you will not be able to participate.

Attire: You are also more than welcome (and encouraged) to wear other clothes (besides the t-shirt) while partaking in the activities (in case you do not want to get it dirty, for example). Appropriate attire WILL BE required. If you plan to wear a swimsuit, you must also bring clothing to wear over top of it. Please remember this is still a school event during school hours, and therefore dress code will still apply.

Questions? Please see Miss Britt or one of the Executive Board members! *flyer with info attached, as well as posted on Student Council Instagram (@brhsstudentcouncil)

We hope you will join us, and look forward to spending the afternoon with you all!
