Her idea, the Summer Job Shadowing Program, earned third place and aims to support high school juniors and seniors facing barriers to career exploration and higher education.
The program is designed to provide students with real-world insights into potential career paths, equipping them with experiences that foster academic and professional growth. This initiative aligns with MCAN's mission to increase postsecondary attainment and prepare students for success in an evolving job market.
