Dear Current 8th Grade Students & Families,
Big Rapids High School is excited to invite all current 8th graders and their families who plan to attend BRHS next school year to our Freshman Orientation!
This event is designed to help you feel informed and prepared for your high school journey. Our teachers, counselors, and administrators will be there to share important information and answer questions about key topics such as athletics, scheduling and graduation requirements, dual enrollment, the student handbook and expectations, career exploration, student clubs, and more.

🕕 Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 Location: Big Rapids High School Auditorium (start of event)
A detailed schedule will be provided upon arrival, but the evening will begin with all students and families gathering in the Auditorium at 6:00 PM.
