The sixth grade students have worked hard on creating Fantasy Islands for world geography! These will now be voted on for which group of students produced the best Island and Mr.Brejcha has promised an all inclusive trip for the winning group to their very Island.... well, maybe an imagined vacation! Nice looking Islands 6th graders!

Standing ovation to our very talented Middle School performers! What a great show they all put on, from a display of vocals to backflips to moving dedications and more,it was fun to watch! Congratulations to all of them for taking the stage!











Congrats to 5th and 6th Grade Robotics at BRMS! This weekend we had two teams compete in the Regional Robotics Event and our two teams placed 5th and 1st place overall! The Robo Red Birds will now go on to compete in the State tournament! Way to teams!


Sixth grade Science is river deep in learning about fish! 6th graders are raising Chinook Salmon in the classroom in coordination with MiDNR and today were able to participate in a Rainbow Trout stocking right here in our own Muskegon River! Students were able to successfully stock 228 rainbows!

TODAY 3:30pm - 5:30pm Big Rapids Middle School is hosting 5th and 6th grade ACTIVITY NIGHT! 5th and 6th grade students are buzzing about the fun activities that will be available, like Music, yard game, open gym, PIZZA, cotton candy and snacks!



BRMS is having a SPOOKY good time! Celebrating the success of our school fund raiser has never looked so good!









Mrs. Douglass adaptive PE class has been putting in the work! This curriculum has been very successful in engaging students and allowed for a new understanding of adaptive sports!

What an amazing way to head into the weekend! BRMS students had a blast with Foam Frenzy!
Congrats to the students for raising over $18,900 with a week left to fundraise! The school goal is $20,000 so lets make one last push!
